YOUR EMOTIONS CAN HARM YOUR BODY

ANGER is the emotion of the liver and gall bladder so rage and fury are signs of an excess of this energy. Experiencing this emotion consistently causes further liver damage, headaches and dizziness.
GRIEF is the emotion of the lungs. if you are unable to express this emotion or overwhelmed by it, it will weaken the lung thus compromising your respiratory system. This can cause asthma flare ups and allergies.
WORRY is the emotion of the stomach. Too much worry can cause irritable bowel syndrome, stomachaches, abdominal cramps, nauseous, etc.
STRESS is the emotion of the heart and brain. Too much stress can cause high blood pressure, heart attacks and strokes. Stress also kills brain cells and chronic stress can shrink the prefrontal cortex which is responsible for memory and learning.
FEAR is the emotion of the kidney. too much fear causes frequent urination, night sweats & hot flashes, poor memory, hearing loss, premature aging, infertility and osteoporosis. It is wise to be mindful of our emotions as they can harm us more than help us.
