MY SUPER BABY!
I was taking H.E.A.L products for a year and a half before my pregnancy (FULL BODY MINERAL COMPLEX & ENERGY). The products were an excellent immune booster and maintained my high energy for a damanding and stressful job.
When I became pregnant, I started taking 3 full body mineral complex pills a day. On the days that I would forget, that’s when I suffered the usual symptoms of pregnancy like nausea, hormonal mood swing and post nasal drip. I had an unbelievably easy pregnancy, mood was mostly balanced (not agitated, weepy or overly excited), had manageable cravings, no breakouts or constipation.
My delivery was amazing!! the doctors and nurses were dropping by to visit and showing off my quick recovery to students. Great Energy
Before I started taking H.E.A.L products, I wasn’t eating the healthiest. I decided to make a change in my eating habits and started taking the full body mineral complex. After a short while of taking them, I started experiencing an energy boost. The pills also had a detoxing affect on my body increasing my bowel movements to 2-3 times a day. I no longer had pain on my sides. I love H.E.A.L products and advise anyone to add them to your daily regimen.

Lifestyle Change
I have had the full body mineral complex for quite some time I started taking it about a year ago as my supplement instead of my powdered sea moss saved me from making a smoothie every morning as I am a busy busy mom and nurse so having the seamoss at my fingertips in pill form has been both convenient and overall essential to my health and well being. I have more energy I just feel better!!
